actually our walks (that are supposed to be runs– ha!) are always really pretty… extra beautiful lately though.
-also- we are discovering more and more native orchids … they are so beautiful. i have thoughts and pictures to share in a future post. they are incredibly fragile… so it is amazing that so many are appearing… it is pretty much magical. it is really turning into fairy land— i like that.

song is Great Pearl.. wrote some years back… but it seems rather present… it is interesting that i wrote a line… that says “children see things, so clearly…” before i had any (children)… and it is true, they do. it is a bit fascinating to me how we begin with such an open simple mind… and return to it…

this post is like a little postcard– from where i am am… which is not a far away place— actually to some of you it may be. but – no i have not been away on any sort of trip or anything… just took a small break– it turned out to be longer than i though- oops. !
i am officially banned from my contacts. i guess i learned my lesson though. my eyes are severely dry and infected– just from wearing contacts too much and for too long… crumbles. so i am trying to embrace full time glasses wearing. My husband has been assuring me that i do not look how i feel… ? yep. i guess i really am more vain than i wish i were in my head. but i am getting used to wearing them all the time now. When i take them off– it is like— my blankie when i was a kid(yes, i did have a blankie… it is still around.. and it is crazy looking)—anyway. i kinda feel like they (my glasses) are protecting me. awesome. so pretty much watch out.
yeah. well i have some ideas for the future…and very much to share very soon-

some small happenings. mostly outside. last part of couch going out the door… ! yeah! couches take up too much space… and this couch/sofa/whatever has quite— the wrong attitude going on…
have an idea for a few pin hole pictures today- maybe i can swing the tree ones…however i have not a clue if i can get to that or not… i still have to make the rest of our new seating… the poor boy actually has a cold, so that is priority. poor guy- he wants to be cuddled allot though, and that is pretty great.

some lovely clouds from a miniature road trip. i want to go on a major road trip soon. maybe to the desert… find some rocks… getting rid of our couch. Doing some sewing. organizing and purging this place…making lentils and rice. Pay the fine a the library… get a hula hoop for a little girl that wants one. oh… my blog is a to do list now… ? well you never know how things will evolve… also been working on some horse drawings i may share soon… used to draw them all the time when i was young– well i must have been under ten– before i started drawing faces like mad…. been digging in the dirt allot… that is always great. Even if you are just, digging in the dirt. And the soil around here is full of clay, really good for your skin— and really free- ha!
